Witchger & Family Photography specializes in bridal and group portraits as well as candid special events photography. Bob Witchger a veteran photographer with over 45 years experience heads this little family collective which currently includes his 3 children and his daughter-in-law. Bob is available to do small shoots for family portraits and special events coverage while teaming up with one or more of his kids for larger weddings an special events. Together this family balances each others technical, artistic and observational skills to bring you a well-rounded professional photography service.
Our Professional Service
We offer a unique professional service that is tailored to you and your family. During our unique consultation process we listen to not only what types of photos you’d like, but what type of photography service you want at your special event. We are happy to paparazzi up and make you feel like a diva or hang back at a respectful distance to keep you comfortable and not add stress or detract from your guests’ view. Either way we will take all the great high-quality photos you request. We understand that special events often involve more than one person or family concern and are happy to double our efforts to cover all the desired aesthetic bases. Your mother-in-law wants a formal portrait of the whole wedding party for her mantle? You want a more casual couples portrait on location? By getting this information upfront and planning with you, we can make sure everyone gets what they are looking for. During our consultation we will not try to sell you on any package or product. We are there to listen to what photographs you want and what you want from a photographer at your special event. We are happy to go through the portfolio of our past work as well as look at any magazine photos or pinterest pins you’ve collected to give us a better idea of what you are looking for.

Unlike other photography studios, we are a family. Now that we are older and leading our own lives we see these gigs as not only opportunities to make a little extra cash but as fun projects to work with each other and share equipment, knowledge and time. We enjoy spending time together and being a little part of other family’s special events. As a family we also have a wide range of personalities, personal preferences and styles and have learned how to respectfully identify and create for one another. This allows us to be more perceptive and open to *your* individual aesthetic and personality, to mediate between couples and family’s preferences and provide a personalized service where everyone is happy.
